• Fur yarn in brown and white.
• Brown thin acrylic yarn for nose
• 14mm small toy safety eyes
• Stuffing
• Sewing needle
• Scissors to cut yarn
• Stitch marker
• 6.5mm crochet hook

Head
In brown fur yarn:
• R1 – 8 sc in MR (8)
• R2 – inc x 8 (16)

We will begin to colour change now, bold text means stitches will be done in white yarn.

Place safety eyes between R9 and R10, 4 stitches apart and begin to stuff the head.

Body
Starting in white fur yarn:

Change to brown fur yarn for the rest of the body.

FO. Repeat steps R1-R5 to make the second leg but don’t FO at the end of R5. Instead, ch 1 and connect the two legs together with a sc. This will be the first sc of R6.

FO. Stuff body and leave a tail for sewing. Sew the head to the body.
Arms (make 2)
Starting in white fur yarn:
• R1 – 7 sc in MR (7)
Change to brown fur yarn for the rest of the arm.

FO. Stuff arms and sew the top of the arms closed. Sew arms on the side of the top of the body in line with the leg, directly underneath the head.
Ears (make 2)
Starting in brown fur yarn:
• R1 – 8 sc in MR (8)
FO. Sew the ears between R8-R10 of the head, between the brown and white section of the face. Embroider a small brown nose between the eyes. Embroider 3 loops to the top of the head in the centre to create hair.
Tail
Starting in brown fur yarn:
• R1- ch 9, starting in the second ch from the hook, [sc,inc]x4 (12)
FO and leave a tail for sewing. Sew tail to R7 of the body, in the centre.
