Materials

Chunky yarn in color; blue, off-white, yellow & red, black medium weight yarn (for details)
7mm hook
Poly-fill stuffing
Stitch marker
Yarn needles
Safety eyes
Scissors
Optional: felt & glue

Note; you can substitute any coloured/ sized yarn & appropiately sized hook for this pattern,
but make sure your tension is equal during all parts of the body

Abbreviations

sc- single crochet
MR- magic ring
st- stitch
slst- slip stitch
inc- increase
dec- decrease
inv dec- invisible decrease
(x)- total stitches you will have at the end of the round

Body

With blue
Rnd 1. chain 10, skip 1st st, sc 8 down, 3sc in the last st, turn the piece & work on the other side of the chains,
sc 7 back up the foundation chain, 2sc in the last st (20)
(Put your st marker here)
Rnd 2-10. sc for 9 rounds (20)
(You can add more rounds if you want a more rectangular shape)
Rnd 11. (sc8, dec) x 2 (18)
Sew the hole close and don’t forget to stuff
(Nake sure to sew the legs on the legs on the sewn side of the body instead of the starting round)

BMO Face

With off-white
Rnd 1. chain 7, skip 1 st, 6sc down, chain 1 turn
Rnd 2-4. continue with 6sc, chain 1, turn (for 3 rows)
Fasten off, leave a long tail to sew
Add safety eyes while sewing the face

BMO Arms / Legs (x4)

With blue
Rnd 1. chain 6, skip 1st, slst down
Fasten off, leave long tail to sew
(make sure you sew it well so it doesn’t come out you can also glue it to make it secure)

BMO Buttons

Note: you can either sew the buttons or use felt for it, its totally up to you

D-pad

With yellow (make x2)
Chain 4, 3 slst down
Fasten off, leave long tail to sew (make sure 1st chain 4 is under and the 2nd chain
4 is on top of it)
CORRECTION‼️= (For the yellow d-pad you only need to chain 3 and Fasten off (make 2) dont sIst down) & assembly for head will be on round 2&6

Red Button

With red
4sc in MR
slst to the 1st sc, fasten off
With a long tail to sew

Assembly

Sew the face on round 3 & 7 or 3 & 6
Sew the arms in blue & white round 6 & 7
Sew the legs where the body ends (ie- sew)
Sew the red button on round 10 & 11
Sew the yellow (d-pad) on round 9 & 11
Sew the other necessary details
