Straw

Your straw will resemble a hot dog bun.
Sew the long sides closed.

Assembly

Sew ears and straw to the top of the lid.
Cut a small triangle of black felt for a nose and glue to face.
Embroider whiskers with black yarn.
Cut circles of tan felt for boba and glue to bottom of cup or cut a circle of green felt and a cat shape (heart, star, anything you want) for the catpuccino logo and glue to middle of cup.
